Refund policy

You can request a return through the Cancel or return an order option on our website or by contacting us at info@archivalfinds.com.

Please do not send an item back before your return has been arranged with us.

As a small independent print studio, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. These costs are the customer's responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage and tracking details. A shipping label alone does not establish that a parcel has actually been handed to the carrier.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.

Refunds

Returns within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period

For returns within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund the purchase price and applicable standard delivery costs in accordance with EU consumer law. Refunds are processed once we have received the returned item or have received confirmation that it has been dispatched, whichever happens first.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Once the return has been received, we will inspect the item. If the print has suffered a reduction in value because it has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to claim compensation for that reduction in value, as permitted by consumer law.

Returns under our voluntary 30-day policy

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period but within our additional voluntary return period, the returned print must reach us before a refund is issued.

We will inspect the print on arrival and, if the return meets the conditions of our voluntary return policy, refund the purchase price. Original delivery costs are not refunded for returns made under this additional voluntary period.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
