配送ポリシー

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Archival Finds Prints. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Because our art prints are carefully produced and inspected, all orders are subject to a production processing period of 2–3 business days before they are handed over to our shipping carriers.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship using PostNL to ensure your prints arrive safely.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or customs clearance.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking link to anticipate delivery.

Archival Finds Prints is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) for orders traveling outside the European Union.

If your print arrives damaged, bent, or ruined due to courier handling, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photographs, and contact us immediately at info@archivalfinds.com. We will evaluate the damage and arrange a replacement or solution right away.
