Considered one of the finest illustrated pomological works ever created, the folio contains 420 brilliant illustrations documenting France's rich variety of cultivated fruits.

The Grosse Mignonne is one of the most famous historical French peach varieties, heavily favored in royal gardens since at least the late 17th century. It is highly prized for its large, velvety, pale-yellow skin with a deep red flush, and its incredibly juicy, melting white flesh.
