Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of archivalfinds.com and any purchases made through our store.

1. General By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. Archival Finds Prints is operated from the Netherlands.

2. Products All prints are giclée reproductions mostly based on archival natural history imagery. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor calibration.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in EUR. As a small business exempt from VAT under the Dutch small businesses scheme (KOR), no VAT is charged on our products. Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties or local taxes imposed by their country — these are the customer's responsibility. No hidden fees apply.

4. Right of Withdrawal EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@archivalfinds.com. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

5. Conformity of Goods Products are guaranteed to conform to their description. In case of defects, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under EU Directive 2019/771/EU.

6. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Breda, the Netherlands.
