Dropped in Tsukahara—a desolate graveyard with only a ruined shrine for shelter—he was intended to succumb to the island's brutal, freezing winters. Instead, Kuniyoshi depicts the monk enduring a fierce snowstorm with unyielding spiritual resilience; a historical endurance test, as it was during this grueling exile that Nichiren ultimately authored his most influential theological treatises and solidified his religious movement before his eventual pardon.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Archival Finds Prints","offers":[{"title":"Photo - 13cm x 18cm","offer_id":55056958292305,"sku":"1040_Photo","price":14.5,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true},{"title":"A5 - 14.8cm x 21 cm","offer_id":55056958259537,"sku":"1040_A5","price":14.5,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true},{"title":"A4 - 21cm x 29,7cm","offer_id":55056958194001,"sku":"1040_A4","price":24.95,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true},{"title":"A3 - 29,7cm x 42cm","offer_id":55056958226769,"sku":"1040_A3","price":34.95,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1046\/0977\/5953\/files\/1040_Landscape1.webp?v=1790171678","url":"https:\/\/archivalfinds.com\/ja\/products\/kuniyoshi-in-the-snow-at-tsukahara-sado-island","provider":"Archival Finds Prints","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
